We offer a calm centre at the difficult time of relationship breakdown or business dispute. Our trained, impartial mediators will work with you to try and achieve an outcome acceptable to both parties.
We are members of the Family Mediators Association (FMA) and of the UK College of Mediators and we follow their Standards and Codes of Practice. Howard Gardener, director, is a Professional Practice Consultant for FMA and part of their training team. He is also approved as a Mediator by the Community Legal Service and accredited as a Commercial /Civil Mediator with the ADR Group.
Together with Phillips Solicitors, our sister business, with six directorss and a total of 12 fee earners, we are able to offer a range of comprehensive services to business and private clients, from all walks of life.
Three of Phillips' six directors are fluent in French, German or Spanish. Our support teams are made up of legal assistants and secretaries, with additional staff handling finance, administration and marketing.
