We offer a calm centre at the difficult time of relationship breakdown or business dispute. Our trained, impartial mediators will work with you to try and achieve an outcome acceptable to both parties.
We are members of the Family Mediators Association (FMA) and of the UK College of Mediators and we follow their Standards and Codes of Practice. Howard Gardener, our senior partner, is a Professional Practice Consultant for FMA and part of their training team. He is also approved as a Mediator by the Community Legal Service and accredited as a Commercial /Civil Mediator with the ADR Group. Ann Corrigan, is also an accredited mediator.
Together with Phillips Solicitors, our sister business, with seven partners and a total of 14 fee earners, we are able to offer a range of comprehensive services to business and private clients, from all walks of life.
Three of Phillips’ seven partners are fluent in French, German or Spanish and one of our solicitors speaks Urdu and Gujarati. Our support teams are made up of legal assistants and secretaries, with additional staff handling finance, administration and marketing.
